Do you sell golf carts?
No, Coasty Carts specializes in rentals only. We do not sell carts.
How old do I have to be to rent a cart?
The minimum age to both rent and drive a cart is 21 years old.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. At this time, we do not accept cash or checks.
What is your cancellation policy?

More than 72 hours before rental: Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

24–72 hours before rental: Full refund minus a 30% deposit.

Less than 24 hours before rental: No refunds for cancellations or modifications.
Can I use a car seat or booster seat?
We cannot provide specific recommendations for car seats due to liability. Our street-legal carts have 2-point harnesses. Please follow the same safety protocols as you would in a standard vehicle.
Can I park or drive at my rental property?
Yes, but we recommend checking with the property owner first.

Do we need to wear seatbelts?
Yes. All passengers in the front row are required to wear seat belts, in addition to those in the back row if you are under the age of 18. Young children should use child car seats.
Where am I legally allowed to drive the cart?
Every Coasty Cart is street legal and can be driven on any road that is 35 mph or less.
Can you deliver the cart to my location?
Yes, our team offers convenient and contactless delivery and pick-up services for every street legal golf cart rental. You do not have to be onsite for our delivery or pickup service. Pricing may vary by location.
Can carts be driven on the beach?
No. It is illegal to drive the carts on the beach.
Are your prices guaranteed?
Prices are subject to change without notice. In case of a pricing error, Coasty Carts reserves the right to change or cancel reservations. As a gesture of good faith, we may offer up to a 10% discount off the corrected rate.
